Required fields are item level and item name, item location is as well very useful, unless of course the item is a robe, cloak, amulet, ring, bag, quiver, arrow or miscellaneous item all of which don't require any kind of level to wear, in which case leave the level field blank. Name field is so your name will be auto-added to the contributions list at the bottom of the appropriate page. Submissions go into pending list, thanks.
